  • Non-Delivery: The seller fails to deliver the product within the specified timeframe
  • Product Not as Described: The delivered product significantly differs from the listing description
  • Invalid or Non-Working Product: Game accounts, gift cards, or codes that are invalid, already used, or non-functional
  • Duplicate Purchase: Accidental duplicate orders (must be reported within 1 hour)
  • Technical Issues: Platform errors that resulted in incorrect charges

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after product delivery
  • Failure to read or understand the product description before purchase
  • Issues arising from the buyer's own actions (e.g., account banned due to buyer's behavior)
  • Products that have been successfully delivered and used
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Evidence: Include screenshots, order details, and any relevant proof of the issue
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Required Information for Refund Requests:

  • Order ID/Transaction number
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence supporting your claim
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the following methods:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Platform Credit: In some cases, refunds may be issued as Gamffy platform credit, which can be used for future purchases
  • Cryptocurrency Refunds: For crypto payments, refunds will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of refund processing

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the dispute:

  1. Appeal: Submit an appeal with additional evidence within 48 hours of the initial decision
  2. Mediation: Our senior support team will review the case
  3. Final Decision: A final decision will be made within 5 business days

Gamffy's decision in dispute resolution is final and binding for transactions conducted on our platform.

7. Seller Refund Obligations

Sellers on Gamffy agree to the following refund obligations:

  • Respond to buyer complaints within 24 hours
  • Provide replacement products when the original is defective
  • Accept refund decisions made by Gamffy support
  • Maintain accurate product descriptions to minimize disputes

Sellers who repeatedly fail to meet these obligations may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage buyers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort.

Please note: Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support system may result in:

  • Suspension of your Gamffy account
  • Inability to make future purchases on the platform
  • Legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks

9. Special Circumstances

Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the product is delivered.

Subscription Services: Subscription-based products follow their own cancellation and refund terms as specified in the product listing.

Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, partial refunds may be issued for undelivered portions of the order.
